Processing an Order
Mobiply.com would like to make your buying experience as convenient as possible. We achieve this by accepting any major credit card directly through our site. Our customers security is integral for us, thus the information provided at the time of checkout is protected by a SSL certificate that encrypts your information to ensure a secure transaction. All information provided is subject to a verification process with your credit card company to reduce chances of fraud and assure accuracy. Our services can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually to the customers’ credit card. Billings will be automated and will be charged around the same date each month, quarter or year, as the initial sign up date. If changes to your account are necessary, please contact us.
After You Place an Order
Once an order has been placed on Mobiply.com, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please notify us immediately if you see any discrepancies so we may remedy any issues as soon as possible. This email is your receipt for the transaction. If any issues arise during the processing of your order, we shall call the phone number provided on the order and/or send an email explaining the issue.
Termination Policy
We strive to make your experience as easy and convenient as possible. We have no long term contracts and our services are offered on a month to month basis. If you are not completely satisfied with the services you have ordered, you may simply terminate your order within 15 days for a full refund.
